Heirloom Tomato Salad with Anchovy Vinaigrette

This is just a link to a recipe we tried last night from Food and Wine magazine (it’s the cover recipe for the July 2012 issue). It was really easy to prepare (well it seemed like T. had a fairly easy time of it), and ridiculously tasty. We decided to go without the eggs. We also grabbed some oregano from the garden. We’ll be trying this again… it should be even better once our own tomatoes are ready.

I’ve decided we need more anchovies in our lives.
