Chanterelle Season

Teresa came home from the market with these lovelies today. I think they’re going to be served with lamb tonight. I haven’t made lamb in at least a decade.

Also picked up the first pumpkin of the season to make soup tomorrow, then discovered they’re once again selling tins of escargot at Superstore. This is a good day.
